  I’ve been making the same great food as my father taught me when I was a young boy in Salerno, Italy. Our family traditions run deep, and we love creating new and old dishes that will make your mouth water. I truly enjoy every aspect of food creation and here at Italo AS we only serve the most unique dishes.

Our family secret is to stay true to ourselves our customers and only serve the quality that makes us proud. We would not be here today if we took shortcuts and compromised. We are genuine and authentic in every aspect.
